Who we are? We are a Polish‑German couple who left the corporate world to make Rafelcofer our home. When we first stepped through the front door of Casa Rabat, we felt something immediately familiar and stayed to discover it properly. Over time we fell in love with the house and the surrounding region. Today we are here to stay — learning Spanish, embracing local customs, and letting the rhythm of the region shape the way we live and welcome others. Welcome to Casa Rabat, a 1920 Art Nouveau house in Rafelcofer named for the nearby hill that watches over the region. Our Casa rural was carefully renovated and furnished to provide modern comforts while preserving its authentic rustic character. Exposed stone walls and high ceilings with wooden beams give the house a warm, timeless feel. Casa Rabat is perfect for a peaceful getaway and for active nature lovers who want to end the day by returning each evening to a calm oasis away from city noise. The sea lies close by and the Safor hills rise nearby, offering a balanced mix of coastal and mountain exploration. The Casa is also well suited to digital nomads. Reliable Wi‑Fi and quiet corners for work blend with relaxed communal spaces. Work from the balcony, take a break on the terrace, then step out to discover markets, local gastronomy and nearby nature.

The nearest sandy beach is a short 5‑minute drive (around 5 km) and is just one of many along the beautiful 100km long Valencian shoreline, with excellent beaches, chiringuitos and water‑sports rental spots spread roughly 5–15 km from the casa and accessible for easy day trips toward Dénia and Gandia. For walkers and cyclists, short local PR routes and circular trails begin within just a few kilometers of Rafelcofer, while more extensive trekking and mountain‑biking routes — plus scenic greenways and river walks through rice fields — are an easy 10–30 km drive away, offering options for every level of outdoor enthusiast.
