Villa Casa Roja is a renovated beautiful, luxurious 5-bedroom villa, with a living area of over 360 m2 and a total area of over 1200 m2, located in the private urbanization of Martossa on the Costa Brava, approximately 1.30 hours drive from Barcelona. The entrance to the estate is guarded by security. The villa has 4 double bedrooms and one bedroom with two single beds, 2 TVs, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast and dinner area. Huge terrace overlooking the sea and panorama with jacuzzi. The villa has 5 bathrooms, 3 garages and 1 swimming pool. 3 bedrooms open onto a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding rich nature. The villa is air-conditioned and has its own hot water boiler. The terrace has a large dining table where you can enjoy family lunches, dinners and outdoor barbecues. The pool is equipped with a waterfall for added fun for little kids! and if they get bored, there is a playground at the pool. There is plenty of space around the main pool for sun loungers to relax on. In the evening you can relax by watching your favorite movies on the home cinema in the luxuriously equipped living room. We are constantly changing for you!
