Casa Seagull has an excellent location in the centre of Playa Blanca. The pedestrian area with shops, restaurants and bars is a 2-minute walk away, as is the seafront promenade with more restaurants, shops and Playa Blanca's central beach. The pharmacy is one minute away. Playa Dorada, equipped with parasols and sunbeds, is a 15-minute walk away. The harbour is 10 minutes away. Everything is at hand. If you have a car, there are two large car parks 5 minutes from the house. The bus station (guaguas) is also 5 minutes away.
