On the ground floor we find a small hall that leads to the living room and dining room equipped with air conditioning and heat pump. The dining room has a rectangular table for 6 people, chaise longue sofa, TV with HDMI and USB connection and exit to the garden. There is a cupboard with children's games, puzzles, books, stories and board games. The garden has a charcoal barbecue, table with 6 chairs, 2 hammocks and automatic awning. From the garden we have direct access to the community pool area (hours from 9am to 9pm) with a portal. There is also a closed kitchen and a toilet. Kitchen equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), drip coffee machine, electric kettle, blender, toaster, oven, microwave, kitchen utensils, large fridge with freezer and washing machine. On the first floor we find 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub and hair dryer. There is a master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and heat pump, wardrobe with hangers, balcony and views of the pool, it also has a clothesline. In the other double room there are two single beds, wardrobe with hangers and street views. This has a fan. You will also find ironing equipment. At the main entrance of the house there is a canopy and spring bars at the exit opening to the garden and the balcony of the first floor. Also with safety pin and mosquito net on all openings. There is a travel high chair, hammock and folding bed for children under 2 years of age (prior notification is required). There is free Wi-Fi. You can park a car in front of the house, there is more free parking space on the street. Large shower towel, hand towel and beach towel (from May to September, for reservations of at least 4 nights) are provided for each person. Pillows, sheets, bedspreads and blankets or duvets included.

The hosts are really my in-laws! Martí and Maria Àngels. They have always dedicated themselves to the restoration of farmhouses and the construction of houses. At the beginning of 2023 they acquired Casa Sobrestany and together we have prepared it with great enthusiasm for those who want to enjoy the privileged environment that we have in the Baix Empordà and on the Costa Brava! So, will try to make you as comfortable as possible during your stay in l'Estartit and we hope you enjoy a few days of relaxation, leisure, beach... as a family! ... or with friends! In L'Estartit, land of fishermen, there is a very large beach, you can go by kayak to the Medes Islands (diving paradise), a natural area protected by its great animal biodiversity. Various water activities and boat trips are available. Hiking and cycling are other interesting activities. You can stroll through the streets of the town, Carrer Santa Anna stands out, with many businesses and shops. You can enjoy beaches and coves such as Mas Pinell, Cala Pedrosa, Cala Calella, Cala Ferriol, Cala Montgó and Platja Gran de l'Estartit. From Estartit you can go to Torroella de Montgrí where there are many shops selling local food, you can go up Montgrí mountain, where there is a very well preserved castle that can be visited inside (with viewpoints). It is an excursion that can be done by adults and children. There are also several art galleries established in the town as well as the Mediterranean Museum, located in a historic building in the village. On Monday mornings you can find the weekly market stalls (fruit, clothes, etc.) in its streets. You can also visit other towns such as l'Escala, Sant Martí d'Empúries, Pals or Begur, which also have beautiful beaches and corners. Casa Sobrestany is located in the Els Salats neighborhood, it has a supermarket 170 meters away, the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Also within walking distance you will find restaurants and places to spend good leisure time (min-golf, tennis, horse riding...).
