Casa Sucina II is a small bungalow located in the Sucina urbanization, with 2 double bedrooms, 1 recently renovated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, an interior patio with access to a huge solarium where you can sunbath and relax with open views of the Murcia countryside. The exterior patio has terrace furniture with a table, sofas, chairs, and a barbecue, so you can enjoy dinner or a meal outdoors, along with a private pool to enjoy a dip on those hot summer days.
Sucina is a small village located in the countryside of Murcia, just 15/20 minutes by car from the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean, and 30 minutes from the international airport of Murcia or 1 hour from the airport of Alicante. In the village, within walking distance of the house, you will find bars, terraces, restaurants, a pharmacy, doctors, banks, supermarkets... everything you need for your stay can be found without the need to take the car. During the months of July and August, concerts are organized in the square on weekends, attracting tourists from the surrounding areas. It is a quiet and welcoming place, ideal if you are looking for a peaceful vacation or a break from the big city.
