Happy house Arenal is an apartment dedicated to comfort and good mood for beach holidays, and more. It is arranged in such a way that you can feel at home and not miss anything. The apartment has well-defined spaces. There is a dining area, a TV, relaxation and a play area. Also a spacious kitchen with bar table and equipped with modern appliances. The very point of the house is the generous terrace of 45 square meters which was designed as a mini garden to spend as much time outside.
We are happy to receive you at the property and to gladly offer you any information you need. Languages we / she speak: Spanish, English, German, Romanian, Russian
The area where the apartment is located is located 200 m from the famous Arenal beach. The neighborhood is full of restaurants, terraces, bars and shopping areas. Just a few minutes walk you can reach any attraction in the area: Ferrer Tennis School, Karting Javea, Boat rental and diving equipment and much more. In front of the building there are also four terraces.
