Very attractive villa in a calm and sunny location at Monte Corona in Beniarbeig, with amazing views to the valley, the sea and the green mountains. At 10 minutes by car from the beaches and at 5 minutes from the village centre. All on just one floor, the villa offers space for 4 persons and is distributed in 2 double bedrooms, 2 shower bath rooms, a large, bright lounge with dining area, a modern and completely fitted american kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a beautiful porch with direct access to the pool area and another terrace just out of the dining area for having breakfast. The pool terrace offers a lot of space for sun bathing and for enjoying the tranquillity and the most beautiful views. Further, there are also an outdoor shower and a BBQ area. The villa and the terraces have just been re-equipped and tastefully furnished. There is air conditioning hot/cold in all the rooms and the lounge as well as the two bedrooms have sat-TV (Astra). Further, the fitments include wifi internet, dish washer, large american fridge, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, etc. The car can be parked on the street just at the entrance of the property.

Peaceful, calm situation in a residential area, at just 6 km from Denia's fantastic sandy beaches. The picturesque village-centre of Beniarbeig is at only 900 metres from the villa and offers a good infrastructure with all the convenience goods, diverse restaurants, bars, pharmacy and a farmer's market. The large shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" in Ondara is situated at only 4 km from the villa, a 5 minutes drive. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia, at 20 minutes from the villa, provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf Resort) are at only 10, resp. 14 km from the villa. Beniarbeig is situated exactely halfway between Valencia and Alicante, both airports can be reached within 1 hour 10 minutes.
