Bienvenido a Finca Vista Valle! Our estate Finca Vista Valle is located on a mountain slope in Hondon de las Nieves in the Hondon valley, about 30 km from Alicante on the Costa Blanca. A region where viticulture and almond cultivation are very popular. Finca Vista Valle stands for complete relaxation and makes your holiday unforgettable. As soon as you enter our domain, the many palm trees immediately put you in a holiday mood. In the distance, our large and beautifully maintained swimming pool for common use looks inviting. On our estate there are 2 beautiful houses, the so-called Bungalow (9 persons) and the Casita (7 persons). Our garden invites you to explore the rest areas to enjoy the view of the mountains and the valley. And don't forget to discover our olive grove. For enthusiasts we have a beautiful petanque court where you can play jeu de boules to your heart's content. These can be booked separately, but certainly also together as a complete Finca with all amenities for you. Welcome to our paradise!
What started 5 years ago as a dot on the horizon has recently become reality: Finca Vista Valle is our new home. In the coming years we would like to share our Finca with our tenants because everyone should experience this paradise once or more.
Our finca is located 7 minutes from the village of Hondon de las Nieves. The village is very centrally located. Alicante airport is a 25 minute drive. The beautiful beaches of, for example, Santa Pola and Alicante are also a 25-minute drive away. The medium-sized towns of Aspe and Elche are about 15 minutes away. Hondon de las Nieves is an authentic agricultural Spanish village with almost 2000 inhabitants. It is best known for the Fiestas Patronales and the vineyards. In the bodega (= wine company) of the village you can tap excellent wines. Olive and almond groves complete the romantic picture. The heart of Hondon de las Nieves is a beautiful square with palm trees, a splashing fountain and cozy terraces. It is pleasant to stay here. There are a few good restaurants and other catering establishments on the square. The village also has supermarkets, a bank with an ATM and a pharmacy. There is also a supermarket.
