Casa Voramar, bungalow with 2 floors, (119m2), for 6 people, is located in the complex Voramar just 210 meters from the rocky beach Montañar II in Javea. Casa Voramar has internet, air- conditioning in the living room, terrace with garden furniture, umbrella, covered terrace with wicker furniture, 3 bedrooms (1 with air-conditioning and balcony), 2 bathrooms with bathtub and a separate kitchen. In the living-room there are 2 sofas, dining table with 6 chairs, flat screen TV, air-conditioning and access to the covered terrace. The kitchen has a gas hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer. The washing machine is in a storage room on the 1st floor. There is a community pool surrounded by lawn. The distance to the sandy Arenal beach with restaurants, bars, boulevard and shops is 800m, to the rocky Montañar II Beach only 210 meters. Pets are allowed. After making the reservation, guests must pay 35% of the total amount directly to the accommodation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 42 days before arrival. Cancellation is free of charge up to 42 days before arrival.
