Casas La Principal se encuentran en una finca conocida como Finca La Principal, Breña Alta que por su entorno y abundante vegetación autóctona ha merecido la calificación de "Zona Natural de Reserva Paisaística Protegida" Ubicadas en suelo rústico estamos aproximadamente a diez minutos en coche de los principales centros neurálgicos (capital, aeropuerto, puerto, playas...). Hay una gran cercanía de supermercados, restaurantes, banca, centro lúdico deportivo dotado con piscina, a los cuales se llegan con facilidad, inclusive caminando, en San Pedro (pueblo más cercano). La edificación, de arquitectura tradicional canaria, está aislada y vinculada a explotación turística. Consta de tres espacios alojativos independientes, cada casa tiene terraza y aparcamiento privado, Wifi, cocina y baño completamente equipados. La Norte y la Sur chimenea de leña. Las casas están rodeadas de jardines de uso lúdico común (Solarium, Comedor en el Algibe, Ducha solar) y pueden pasear por su interior unos 8.000 m2 de cultivo de aguacates. Les invitamos a que pasen unas vacaciones en un lugar con encanto mágico detenido en el tiempo.

Neighborhood info

We are located in Breña Alta, on the west center of La Palma, on the road to the Old Airport, in a estate known as "La Principal". Our parking place is located behind the houses, and we are about 10 minutes by car from the most important places of the island (the capital, airport, sports marina, port, beaches...) despite being located on rusting land. There is also a great proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, sports center, and city services. We will be more than pleased to offer you a magical place to look at the priviledge sky of La Palma.
