Casita Molivent is situated on the edge of the village of Parcent and is set in the grounds of a private finca style property comprising of two other houses. It is more than 100 years old and has recently been refurbished, rustic in style offering modern comfort. The Space Ground Floor: Large entrance hall with wood burning stove, sitting room, large kitchen, south facing breakfast/dining room with access to terrace, views out to the mountains, shower room (without toilet). Upstairs: Two double bedrooms with twin beds in one and double bed in other, one large bedroom/dressing room with sofa bed (sleeps one), air conditioning/heating in all three rooms. One bathroom with walk in shower. Private garden with fruit trees and private parking.
Parcent, nestled in the Jalon Valley is surrounded by beautiful mountains and pretty countryside offering the perfect escape for those who are seeking a relaxing hideaway. Perfect for hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers there is plenty to explore in and around the area. 20 kms from some of the prettiest coves and beaches in the area. Valencia airport is 1 hour20 mins from Parcent and Alicante airport approximately 1 hour.
