Magnificent isolated villa with private pool and sea view in Esclanyà. Begur, Costa Brava Capacity for 8 people, land surface of 1570m2. Ideal for families It is located 4km from the beaches of Tamariu and Aiguagelida. The chale has an area of 477m2, consists of two floors. On the main floor is the living-dining room, with access to a covered terrace with sea views, a fireplace, a large mezzanine with a double bed, a renovated and fully equipped kitchen, and a suite with a renovated bathroom and shower. On the lower floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, two renovated bathrooms with showers and a large room with direct access to the barbecue and pool area. Parking area in the house, capacity for 3 cars. Wifi Groups of young people are not allowed Television and 3G internet service not guaranteed due to poor coverage in the area

Located in the heart of the Empordà, the town of Begur and its beaches make up one of the most wonderful places on the Costa Brava. Its municipal term is formed by a set of hills called Massif de Begur, and an extensive coastline, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea. Both the old town of Begur, made up of multiple heritage monuments from the most significant moments in its history; such as the small Romanesque nucleus of Esclanyà, or the eight coves and small beaches that belong to Begur, make up a set, and a landscape environment, unmatched.
