Feel like at home at this spacious apartment in a close proximity to the downtown and main city attractions. Excellent choice for families or small groups travelling together. The nearest metro station is few steps away, while downtown can be reached within 15 minutes walking. The nearest beach can be reached by direct metro line. One metro stop away from Bioparc and in a walking distance from Turia gardens. THINGS TO NOTE: 1) PARKING: free parking is available at the streets next to apartment and lot nearby, we do not have private / reserved parking for the guests. 2) PETS: pets are welcome if they are well behaved. The pet fee is 20 Euro for each pet for the whole stay (should be paid in cash upon arrival) 3) SECURITY DEPOSIT: the security deposit should be paid in cash upon arrival and will be returned in cash after inspection of the property 4) PARTIES, EVENTS: are not allowed inside the apartment. 5) CALM HOURS: no noise inside the apartment is allowed between 22.00 and 8.00 (10 pm.– 8 am.). 6) IDs collection: The guests will be asked to provide ID-s upon arrival.
The apartment is located in walkable area from downtown. The area is calm and safe and you can always find a free parking place in the neighbour streets (please follow the street signs). Grocery stores, cafes and bars are just few steps away.
