Property info

Ave Fenix Centre in Lanzarote. It is located between Yaiza and Playa Blanca, just a few minutes drive from Playa del Papagayo or La Geria. It has 6 cosy cottages in rustic style. All the houses are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen, bathroom, dining table, double bed, single bed, drinking water filter, boiler, ecological paint, anti-acarus mattress, ... We also have a 50mq gym, a massage room, a herbalist's shop with organic food products and a nutrition and osteopathy consulting room.

Neighborhood info

In Femes you will find the famous Rubicon cheese factory, the Mirador de Femes restaurant, bars, spectacular views and a peaceful atmosphere 10 minutes from Playa Blanca.
