The fantastic property with 53 m² of living space on a plot of more than 200m², newly renovated, is perfect to host 5 people. It offers a living-dining room with sofa-bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchenette, a laundry room, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 double beds), as well as a modern bathroom. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a cot and a high chair. Outside you will find a sunny terrace with hammocks, a small covered terrace with dining area, a chillout terrace with sofas, a barbecue and a fantastic pool for private use, which allows you to cool off on hot summer days. In addition, thanks to the dense hedges you will also enjoy a high level of privacy while you tan in the sun. Relax in the lounge area and leave behind the stress of everyday life!
