We are a company working in holiday rentals of properties in Mallorca. Our aim is to offer a personalized service and a direct attention to our guests. We wish them to relax and enjoy their favourite activities in the island.

Property info

Lovely and homely chalet wiht private pool and garage set in quiet street in Puerto de Alcudia, but a few minutes away from the main streets where you can find ths shops and restaurants. It is also a a few minutes away from the beach. There are two large terraces, one at the front, next to the pool, with a nice sitting area, and another one at the back, with dinning talbe and chair, and an armchairs area. Thelarge kitchen is open to this terrace. There is also a living room, three bedrooms and two bathroons. The whole house is sorrounded by a beautiful garden.

Neighborhood info

Alcudia is a nice and tidy town set on the North coast, with its own port and large and lovely beaches. It used to be an ancient Roman city, so there still are the Murad and other ancient Roman items. Walking through the old town is a pleasure, as it is full of curious small shops and good restaurants. It is about fifty kilometers away from Palma and the airport, and you can easily visit other interesting places in the island.
