Enjoy an oasis of tranquility and comfort in our beautifully renovated chalet, featuring modern, high-quality decor. This chalet is the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation. It has a large pool, a lovely garden, a barbecue, and a bounce house for the little ones. It has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The area is very quiet and is 200 meters from the beach and a 5-minute drive from the center. THE HOUSE CONSISTS OF TWO FLOORS: FIRST FLOOR *Entrance Hall *Living/Dining Room *Kitchen *Bathroom *Terrace with dining area SECOND FLOOR *First bedroom with double bed, dressing room, and private bathroom with Jacuzzi. *Second bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe *Third bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe *Fourth bedroom with a trundle bed and closet *Shared bathroom with shower RESIDENTIAL AND COMMON AREAS *Pool *Sun loungers *American bar *Barbecue *Jumping pool *Parking UNAVAILABLE AREA Inside the garage
