He did so until 2017, year in which he moved to live outside the town leaving the Chalet fully conditioned, thinking that it is a very nice, special and different place to spend a few days of tranquility, relaxation and with very good harmony already that the stone transmits these experiences. This same year 2017, work began on the outside to condition the Villa by performing the pool, pergola, Barbecue and garden area.
