Cozy detached villa (120 sq. m) with 3 bedrooms (comfortably accommodating up to 6 people). The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2023. Spacious lounge, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Wonderful patio, completed by a big table for an entire family, and hidden by century-old pine trees offers you an opportunity to relax and sunbathe. The house is equipped with everything one may need for a great getaway: dishes, silverware, cooktop, microwave oven, dishwasher, safe, bed linens, towels, and a hair dryer. A cool ambiance is ensured with integrated fans and air conditioning. The parking is free, plenty, and just a few meters away. 150m to the beach. 2.5km to the town of Cambrils via a picturesque boardwalk. Our house is located within the luxurious El Dorado Playa resort. Our guests can use the resort's facilities, including restaurants and a SPA with open and covered pools, saunas, a Turkish bath, and a gym for an additional fee. Just a minute away there's a little grocery store, dry cleaning, as well as a bicycle rental. A well-paved bicycle path stretches along the shore for over 10km, allowing convenient access to the nearby attractions.

Our welcoming home is located 100km away from Barcelona, along the Costa Daurada. The nearest town is Cambrils, once a fishermen's village, now a cozy little town highlighted by a beautiful marina, a long boardwalk, and dotted by a plethora of shops, cafes, and restaurants. There are just a few hotels in the area, making the beaches quiet and vacant even during the high season. The beaches themselves are wide, with clear white sand and breakwaters. There's a little bay right next to the house that is perfect for children and inexperienced swimmers, since it offers a gentle depth gradient. The climate here is great: the air is dry, enhanced by the pleasant aroma of pine trees, and a sea breeze is frequent. Even in the hottest days of August we rarely have to turn the AC on.
