Can Toni den Mateu is a two story villa with pool located in the north-east of the island, a relaxing silent spot just a few minutes away from the northern beaches. Las Dalias is just 3 minutes away by car. There are four bedrooms including two double beds (there are also two cradles that can be placed in any bedroom). There is one bathroom on each floor and another one on the outside. The terrace and the pool have views of the sea and the beautiful valley of Es Figueral, and is equipped with a BBQ. The villa is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace of the genuine Ibiza lifestyle of the north. It's ideal for families and groups of friends who seek a secluded villa at the top of a hill, and near the sea.
Hello! My name is Dani, I'm from Ibiza and this villa is our family vacation house. I live in Barcelona, but most of my family live in Ibiza. I can give you any advice on your trip and I'll be available at any time during your stay. The villa has been available for renting for 12 years, firstly managed by my parents, and then managed by a company. It had a rating of 5 out of 5 stars (Villa Vista). We, the owners, have now decided to take over the renting ourselves, as it was before hiring the company 4 years ago.
The villa is in Sant Carles de Peralta, where you can find the hippie market of Las Dalias or the famous Bar Anita, one of the most iconic bars in the island of Ibiza. Bar Anita is just by the road that leads us to the villa, and to the northern beaches, Cala Sant Vicent, s'Aigua Blanca, es Figueral, Pou des Lleó, Cala Boix, Cala Mastella, Cala Llenya, and many more.
