2-bedroom top floor apartment in the residential complex of Las Terrazas de la Torre with a breath-taking terrace overlooking Saurines golf course, lake and mountain views. The complex is located in the Torre-Pacheco area of Murcia. The apartment is ideally oriented so that you can enjoy the sun all day long using the communal solarium on the roof. Total area 68 m2, The apartment features a spacious lounge, fully-fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1double, 1 twin), plus sofa bed in the lounge, 1 bathroom & a large patio terrace with charcoal BBQ and dining area. The modern apartment is equipped with all appliances - dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, flat screen TV and inverted air conditioning throughout. Rental licence:VV.MU.5541-1

The complex offers 12 communal swimming pools for adults and children, plus multiple children's playgrounds around the resort. A short 10 minute walk from the apartment you'll find the commercial square which hosts a bar restaurant, supermarket, gym, burger van and pro golf shop. Opening soon: Hacienda Restaurant and coffee shop. EV (Electric Vehicle) charging points are also available within the resort. . Our apartment includes a free allocated parking space, plus there are plenty of available spaces nearby. There is 24/7 hour security onsite, and our housekeeper lives onsite who can help with any issues that may arise on your vacation. The towns of Roldan and Balsicas are a short 10 minute drive away. Guests can also use the eateries at the nearby La Torre Golf resort. If you wish to visit the many beautiful beaches at Los Alcazares, Lo Pagan or Mil Palmeras, or local towns we can give you advice on car hire, this will also mitigate getting a taxi from Murcia or Alicante Airport. There is a pre-bookable shuttle bus service from Murcia Corvera airport, or plenty of taxis available.
