The property: Brand new restored house in Palma with big patio. The situation is centric near old city (but not in it), Santa Catalina neighbourhood , Paseo Maritimo and Paseo Mallorca. On the large terrace you will feel as if you were not in the center of the city. Palma is the capital of Mallorca and a good base to visit by car its beaches distributed around the island and visit on foot the old town, shopping streets and restaurants and bars of Santa Catalina or La Lonja. There is no parking in the house. There is free parking around the house in some streets and in others there is blue zone. Have a look on the road to see if there is a blue line. In the no paying area is not easy to find a place. Blue zone is paying from 09:00 till 14:30 and from 16:30 till 20:00 from monday to friday and from 09:00 till 14:30 on saturdays, Sundays is free. You have also a public paying parking in Paseo Mallorca that is not far away from the house.

The neighborhood; Located in a residential area in the neigbourhood of "Camp de Serralta". You will find all services around the house. The house is located near the "historical city", but not inside. Most of the tourist attractions of Palma can be reach by food from the house. A few meters from the house is the public bus stop line 2 "historic center" that will take you to the most representative places of Palma.
