Cozy and spacious apartment in the center of Sitges and 2 minutes walk from the beach and the promenade. With capacity for 7 people, this apartment is undoubtedly one of the best options for your stay in Sitges. It has a community pool, garden, sunbathing area where children can play and parking to leave bicycles. It has a large living-dining room with a flat-screen TV and games for the whole family. From the living room there is access to the terrace overlooking the pool. The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker...). The apartment has three bedrooms, one with a double and single bed, another with a double bed and the last one with two single beds. It has two full bathrooms. The house has WiFi. There is also air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in each bedroom. Available a very accessible parking space included in the price. Located in the sought-after town centre with all amenities close at hand, next to the post office and 550m away from the train station. The apartment is in a residential building called Clarimar, overlooking the square that some years ago changed name to Pou Vedre. The beach of La Ribera is a straight 3min walk going down Bassa Rodona street. In terms of location, this apartment has all advantages and if being in the center could represent an problem for parking, it also includes a free parking place. This is really the area where one wants to stay at when on holidays as you won't have to worry about bus timetables and distances to restaurants and shops. We invite you to walk the streets around the church, undoubtedly the prettiest part of town. There are narrow pedestrian only alleyways that follow the old medieval city wall. Look out for wall plaques and tiled messages when walking down the Davallada and before going to Museu Maricel take a moment at the Racó de la Calma where often musicians play their tunes.
