When booking 2 apartments or more or for stays longer than 10 nights, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Upon departure, you must clean the kitchen utensils, throw the rubbish into the bins (located in C. Joan Maragall) and leave the apartment in the same state in which it was delivered. In case of non-compliance, an additional charge will be made for unexpected cleaning. The cost of the cleaning service depending on the accommodation can be from €60 to €200.
