The house is in a small Spanish town, surrounded by orange groves. Here, you will experience the sights and sounds of country living. A secure space for bikes is available. The nearest beaches are a short, 15 minute drive from here, and offer water sports lessons, as well as equipment for rent. Your room is spacious, with a desk for working ( if you must ) a coffee machine and a small welcome basket. I am here if you have any questions or concerns. Enjoy your stay!
I am a retired teacher, living here with my dog and a special needs cat, I am German, but I lived and worked for many years in the United States. I came to Beniarjó, because I love the climate and the proximity to the coast, without being in the middle of the tourist hustle and bustle. I will do my best to make your stay here as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Beniarjó is a small, country town, close to Oliva and Gandia. La Safor mountains provide a stunning backdrop and offers many hiking and biking trails, such as the eurovelo 8. Along the back of the village is the river Serpis, where you can take a dip and even bring your dog. There are two excellent restaurants in town, as well as pharmacy, grocery store, bars and cafes, all within walking distance. CV 680 is directly in front of the house, giving you quick access to the neighboring towns and beaches. Due to its proximity , some road noise is noticeable, but traffic usually is lighter at night, picking up around 6:30 am.
