The CRISTALMAR complex - a gated community boasting landscaped gardens and a communal pool. Only 600 meters walking distance from the beach! The properties living and sleeping accommodation is set over 3 floors with the addition of a large roof terrace. Cabo Roig is a seaside town, with two blue flag beaches, Cala captain and Cala Caleta, as well as near by La Zenia beach. Cabo Roig boasts some fantastic restaurants & a vibrant nightlife with live music most nights.

The neighbourhood is quiet which makes for a relaxing stay. Cristalmar is located at the end of a cul-de-sac with no through road, so there is no passing traffic. Cabo Roig is very accessible. It is an equal distance from Alicante Airport and Murcia International Airport, giving great travel options as the area is very accessible with all year around flights. 31 Cristalmar is a ten minute walk to the local strip where there is a host of bars and restaurants. There is a taxi rank at the end of the main strip of bars and restaurants, as well as electric scooters which can be hired through a smartphone app. These are great for exploring the area at a very reasonable cost. Zenia Boulevard is a shopper's paradise and is Orihuela Costa's largest shopping centre, the South Costa Blanca's biggest mall, and one of the area's most visited tourist attractions, thanks in part to a packed social events calendar that runs throughout the year. A commercial sanctuary for hardcore consumers and casual window shoppers alike, Zenia Boulevard sports a spectacular 161,000m of magnificent retail heaven.
