It is a new house released in summer 2024, the plot has 2500 meters, parking area within the enclosure, all fenced. The house is located on the outskirts of a very small village, a quiet place and close to mountains, for hiking. The house is equipped with everything you need, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, oven, sheets, towels. In the barbecue it has a refrigerator, wood oven, and next to it there is a toilet. Caravaca de la Cruz is 10km away, where you can enjoy a good gastronomy, visit the castle, the fountains of the marquis, the templete... Additional charges will apply on-site based on usage for cribs.
