It is situated within the urban area of Canet de Mar, close to bars, restaurants and with easy access to public transport. The municipality also has a commuter train station and the Museum of architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Inside, the shop has a dining area with a kitchen equipped with a fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, as well as cutlery, utensils and kitchenware. It also has a table designed for enjoying long meals in good company. It is distributed in two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x200 cm) and another with a bunk bed of two single beds (80x200 cm), ideal for guaranteeing comfort for both families and groups of friends.
