We'll be happy to help you find the most suitable accommodation, with no obligation Please note that you are required to dispose of waste, respect the check-in times (delayed after eleven p.m. if unauthorized, three hundred euros) and check-out times (delayed after ten thirty a.m. if unauthorized, three hundred euros), and pay the following fees: energy (twenty-five euros per night), fuel (twenty-five euros per night), tourist tax (three euros per night per guest), and garbage disposal. Failure to dispose of waste will incur a three hundred euro fee. You will be provided with a registration form that will also list any additional fees, which, where applicable, will be deducted from the security deposit that must be paid in cash upon arrival. Check-in will not be possible without the deposit. The area is residential and very quiet. Any noise or loud music will disturb neighbors who may be accustomed to absolute silence. Guests are required to maintain silence from ten p.m. to nine a.m. Parties or other guests are not permitted. In case of loss of keys and gate remote control, a penalty of sixty euros will be charged. Thirty days before your arrival, we will send you the registration form required by law for all guests. A tourist tax of two euros per person per night will be due, and you will be required to show an ID upon check-in to comply with tax regulations. SECURITY: The chalet is equipped with a professional alarm system that is only active when guests are absent. During your stay, it is completely turned off and registration is not possible. The villa can accommodate seven people in comfortable bedrooms and is equipped with air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a barbecue, offering guests everything they need for short-to-medium-term stays.
