Desde Cozy Room les damos la bienvenida y queremos recordarles dos puntos muy importantes. Primero, es imprescindible que hayamos recibido la transferencia bancaria del deposito de fianza antes del check-in. No aceptamos Bizum ni efectivo. Segundo, el horario de check-in es de 16:00 a 22:00 completamente gratis. Si algún huésped necesita entrar antes o después tendrá un cargo. Esto siempre que la empresa que gestiona el check-in tenga disponibilidad de personal fuera del horario. Es importantísimo para poder darles el mejor servicio que contacten con antelación de la hora del check-in.
