Our establishment is located in one of Salou’s quietest residential areas, just 250 metres from the beach and Paseo Jaume I (the seafront promenade). You can take advantage of staying in an apartment where you can cook, as it has a fully-fitted kitchen or, if you prefer, you can enjoy all the services offered by a three star Hotel with a buffet style restaurant, a la carte and a snack service 12 hours a day. The apartment also has a large terrace where you can spend relaxing moments with the family. The Hotel’s facilities include a choice of areas where you can take it easy, like the terrace with its Bar and restaurant service, the hammock area next to the pool or the pleasant lawn-garden zone. The kids can have fun in the mini-club, run by specialist children’s entertainers, in the outside play area, in the amusement arcade or in the reading and games room. The perfect family place to spend a few pleasant days by the sea.

Joan Calvet Sorni, the founder and owner of CYE, is considered as one of the pioneers in Costa Dorada tourism. Originally from Barcelona, he arrived on the Costa Dorada in the seventies and carried out his great work in tourist services impeccably. He is now retired but it is always a pleasure when he comes to visit us at work, with his broad smile and youthful ways that charge us with energy. His presence encourages and motivates us to continue improving for our guests.

Our area is quiet, next to the beach and the promenade, away from the bars and discotheques but with all the amenities you need less than 500 metres away, like the medical centre, the central market, the main shops on the promenade and Salou Marina where you can practice and learn to sail, row or go sport fishing.
