A beautiful four-bedroom villa located on an elevated position with stunning views across the Orba valley to the sea and coastline of Denia. Situated in a quiet corner of a popular residential area on the out skirts of the vibrant town of Orba. The villa captures the fabulous views with the main living area on the upper levels so that all rooms and terraces enjoy the magnificent views the villa has to offer. Newly refurbished to high standard so that all your needs are met. Extensive secure gardens feels like a private oasis and idyllic escape to discover the beauty of real Spain. Private swimming pool and outside shower. A perfect getaway location for friends and family to enjoy the perfect sunsets. The villa is a perfect base for numerous activities such as cycling, hiking, golf, horse riding and wine tastings in local wineries. Aqualandia and Aqua Natura park is approximately 30 miles away. The perfect villa location for whatever you need your holiday to be.

This is our dream place.

The town of Orba has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants which include a supermarket, various banks, a 24hour medical center and pharmacy. The blue flag beaches of Denia are just a twenty minute drive and the airports of Valencia and Alicante are approximately a one hour drive away and are easily accessed via the AP7 motorway. Denia also has some fabulous shops, restaurants and bars something for everyone's tastes.
