HUTG (057494). Charming corner duplex semi-detached family home located 200m from the beach with private patio and terrace with direct access to the community pool. On the first floor we find a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen and a complete bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor of the house there are two double rooms with a double beds, a third room with a single bed (all with television) and a complete bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, it has a parking place in the same building, air conditioning and heating through duct and wifi. It is located in the town of Sant Antoni de Calonge right on the border with Palamós, very close to the beach and close to all kinds of shops and restaurants.

Palamós is a coastal town with its promenade, its exquisite restaurant area, its old town and a lot of youth movement. But let's not forget that we are talking about the Costa Brava, an ideal destination that adapts to all tastes and concerns. And it has from mountain routes, innumerable coves with crystal clear water, to inland towns with their charm and medieval magic. But above all, the territory of "l'Empordà" is famous for its wine tastings and its exquisite gastronomy.
