We are a professional rental and sale apartment company in Benidorm, we manage apartments from 1.974. Tourism license EGVT-342-A and EGVT 46-A Our reception office is located on the ground floor of Coblanca 15 apartments at Av Europa, 25, so we are always available to solve any questions or problems that customers may have. We have a 24-hour emergency service for problems that arise in our apartments. We can inform about activities and events in Benidorm and surroundings. We offer our clients: - Free tickets to the casino. - We can sell tickets to theme parks (Terra Natura, Acua Natura, Terra Mitica, Acualandia and Mundomar. -Car and bike rental. - Rental of electric scooters for people with reduced mobility. - Transfers to and from the airport or train station. - Confirmation of transfers- - Printing of boarding passes Among many other options.

Property info

Well located building, easy to find and close to the beach and the city centre, no need to move the car to go all over the city. In common areas there is a swimming pool surrounded by lawn and solarium, children's pool, small playground and tennis court (its use is at the discretion of the community of owners). Optionally there is wifi service in some flats, not in all (depends on the orientation of each flat). Some flats may have air-conditioning (extra charge required), not all flats have this option available. In this building we have several flats at different heights, therefore the one you finally occupy may vary in height, views or furniture with the photos shown, as they are flats of private owners. There are private parking spaces for rent in a nearby building. Our reception office is located at Av/Europa, 25, about 50 metres above tower 1, so we are always available to answer any questions or resolve any problems our clients may have. We offer a 24 hour emergency service in case we are closed and you have an important problem.

Neighborhood info

Located in the new area of Levante beach, at the entrance of Benidorm and next to the city centre, we have a city bus at 30 metres, taxi rank at 200 metres, bars and restaurants at 300 metres, 2 cafeterias in front of the building.

Please note that Check-in is free from Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM. After 7:30 PM, as well as on Sundays and public holidays, a €30 fee will be charged upon key collection.

Outside of these hours, keys will only be given to guests who have checked in online (otherwise, they will be considered a no-show) and will be charged the full amount of their stay.

Please note that last-minute bookings may experience a delay of up to 2 hours at check-in (until 7:00 PM).
