Seafront, 180* view over the marina and the bay, with big garden terrace and outdoor spaces. Part of the apartment is dug in a rock, and the natural shapes of the stones are visible in multiple areas inside. All rooms have seaviews. 200 m to the sea via pedestrian stairs. Fully equipped and air-conditioned spaces. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Free parking on the street. North oriented, breezy and quiet area with sounds of birds and boats. Shared entrance with 2 neigbours, walk-in entrance terrace.
