The Villa is approximately 350 square meters and plot measures 50,000 square meters, overlooking a small valley offering exclusive privacy, yet is within walking distance to the Pollensa Golf, for those avid golfers, should you desire. The interior is spacious and well furnished, provides both modern amenities combined with traditional style and charm with quality fittings and fixtures throughout.
