The apartment is located in a beautiful, well presented building accessed via a main door. On entering the apartment you will find a large, spacious kitchen dinning area leading on to the lounge. The kitchen is stylish and modern and fully equipped with 4 ring ceramic hob and oven. There is also a washing machine. The lounge is bright and good sized and leads directly out to the amazing sun room with sliding doors. This is the perfect area for dinning or relaxing and the option of closing the doors makes it ideal for those wanting a bit more privacy. The sun room is fitted with blinds for those who wish to keep the sun out… From the sun room you have direct access the the garden area, which is large and benefits from afternoon sun, making it an ideal place to relax, read or sunbathe… A small entrance hallway leads to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom is good sized and has an ample size walk in shower with sliding doors. The master bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardobe. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe. The whole house has shutters fitted to block the morning light or keep the sun out! The property has fibre optic wifi.

El Cotillo is a beautiful fishing village with a peaceful, tranquil vibe. A evening stroll around the village is a must, as is sitting at one of the restaurants next to the sea or having a cocktail in one of the new roof top bars. The Cotillo lagoons attract visitors from far and wide. They are the perfect place for famillies with calm, peaceful bays and golden sand. The surfers beaches on the other side are amazing for the water sports lovers and for those wanting a wilder type of beach! The village has 3 supermarkets (one directly opposite this apartment), shops, bars, restaurants and more. The more lively resort of Corralejo is only 20 minutes by car and the village of Lajares on route is an absolute must to visit! Here they have an amzing artesan market on a Saturday morning.
