I want to share this small attic with all those who, like me, enjoy spaces with a lot of personality and dreamy locations. I have a very spacial affection for this apartment, its location in the center of the old town is perfect, its distribution and decoration are great and the fact that it has its own parking space and not having neighbors at night or on weekends make it a place from which to discover Marbella and the Costa del Sol. As I have lived in this penthouse for several years, it has all the comforts of a modern and functional home, (it is not the classic rental apartment with just the necessary) Proof of this are the two bedrooms and the super comfortable beds, the spacious built-in closets and the main bathroom shower worthy of the best suite in a top hotel. It is a secluded and cozy place at the same time as very functional and with spacious rooms. I love the privacy it offers, the convenience of allowing you to walk to all sides of Marbella and the services that are in the area.
