Encís d’Empordà is an unique lovely country house hotel located in Girona – Costa Brava only for adults. It is addressed to couples, friends, single travelers and all those who are seeking for calm, silence and nature and a warm and friendly treatment.
Situated in Casavells, a medieval charming village in the heart of Empordà, it is settled in “Masia Pons Botó”, a principal house of the XVI century completely restored and adapted It was built next to the XIVth century Sant Genis Romanic church. Due to its huge dimensions and its highs, both buildings represent an impressive presence over the Empordà plain offering impressive views to its visitors.
Encis surroundings offer and endless fan of entertainment, either cultural, gastronomic or outdoor activities. It is surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in Costa Brava, several Golf fields, the Dalí Route, the Gavarres mountains, an endless network of Romanic villages and the beautiful city Girona.

Encís d'Empordà is located in a privileged location between the sea and the mountains. It is located next to the best beaches on the Costa Brava on one side, with the coastal-paths bordering the coast, or the Marine Reserve of the Islands Medas in the Montgrí Natural Park, ideal for scuba diving. On the other side we find the Montgrí mountain massif, the cork forests of Les Gavarres, the Natural park of the Aiguamolls de l'Empordà or the Vies Verdes, old railway paths rehabilitated as roads, ideal for cycling and hiking.
In addition, Encís d'Empordà is surrounded by a network of charming medieval villages with an exceptional legacy of Romanesque art, such as Pals or Peratallada (10km from the hotel), Cruïlles and Monells (4km), Corçà and Ullastret (2km). Nearby is the so-called Dalinian Trianglethat follows the footsteps left by the empordà artist in Figueres-Portlligat-Púbol. A step away is also located the historical old town of Girona. The region also has an endless range of wine tourism and gastronomic campaigns ideal to discover and taste the excellent gastronomy of the region.
