Property info

This lovely terraced house with private pool is located in Llubí, in the centre-north of Mallorca and welcomes 8 people. The exteriors feature a private chlorine pool, an exterior shower, six sun loungers for sunbathing and a furnished porch where you can make a BBQ with friends. There's an old well which formerly provided the house with water, but actually it's dried up. The 7.5mx 3.5m pool has a depth ranging from 1.2m x 1.8m and a staircase lead you to a furnished terrace, where you can eat al-fresco. Our guests have access to the first and the second floor, as the ground floor is closed and inhabited.

Neighborhood info

Llubi is a small town located in the centre-north of Mallorca, about 15 minutes (by car) away from the coast and beaches like Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, Son Serra de Marina and Puerto de Alcúdia. The centre of Llubi offers a grocery shop, restaurants and cafés. In the evening you can take a nice stroll through the cobbled streets, maybe accompanied by a good glass of wine.
