Property info

Wonderful flat with communal pool in Puerto de Alcudia. It can accommodate up to 4 people and has free WiFi. A furnished balcony, overlooking the garden and the communal swimming pool, is perfect to start the day before going down to sunbathe on the sun loungers on the private terrace on the ground floor, or to take a dip. The pool is chlorinated and has a size of 10x5m and a depth of between 0.3 and 1.5m. The beach is only 1 km from the flat. And to end the day, how about a delicious barbecue? The flat offers three levels. On the ground floor you have the garage, the laundry room and a bathroom with shower. Climbing the stairs you reach floor 1, where you will find a spacious living-dining room, with satellite TV, open to the kitchen area, which is fully equipped. On the second floor you will find a bathroom with bathtub and the two bedrooms, both with wardrobe. One of them offers a double bed and space for a cot and a highchair, and the second one has two single beds. There is air conditioning in the living-dining room as well as in the bedrooms. There is parking space for 1 car in the garage. The all year round pool is open from 9 am to 10 pm. Please note that the opening and closing dates of the communal pool are subject to community regulations and may vary depending on the season, without prior notice. Updated information will be available upon your arrival.

Neighborhood info

The location of this apartment is perfect since all needed services are in a walking distance: bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, etc. The beach of Puerto de Alcudia is the nearest one just a short walk away but we highly recommend visit other beaches like the one of La Victoria. Every Tuesday and Sunday you can go the street market in the town of Alcudia where you can acquire local and artisan products.
