Facing the Mediterranean and with a private pool, located in Alcudia, Es Mollet is a perfect house for enjoying your holidays. Its 200 m² offer space and comfort for up to 8 people, with everything you need to settle in and start unwinding from day one. The sleeping area includes four double bedrooms. One of them has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning, as well as breathtaking sea views. The other three bedrooms don't have independent air conditioning, but are efficiently cooled and heated by the air conditioning system in the living room and kitchen, which seamlessly reaches the entire sleeping area.

Neighborhood info

The villa is located in Es Barcarès, a very quiet coastal urbanization where there are many beaches and rocky coves. It is a few meters from the beach and just 5 minutes walk from Alcúdia, one of the most beautiful and charming villages in the north of the island. There you will find a multitude of services and shops and countless restaurants where you can taste typical dishes of Majorca or international cuisine. Its Renaissance wall or the weekly market (every Tuesday and Sunday) are a must.
