Due to the situation of the property, before accepting any reservation, it is important to know the ages of the clients since if they are not families, they must be over 27 years of age.

- The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform. Upon departure, it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of noncompliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
