This modern 1-bedroom apartment is designed to accommodate two adults (with no children) for an incredible vacation. Overlooking the endless sea, the tremendous mountain range and the tranquil town of Calpe, it is situated on the 21th floor of the residential complex Esmeralda Suites. There is air conditioning in all the rooms. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen and a big terrace. The building is located 3 minutes walk from the promenade and the big sandy beach - La Fossa. Electricity is included with a top value of 35 euros for a week of living. It more or less corresponds to an average consumption. In case of overusing of electricity (more than 35 euros per week) the surcharge will be taken off from the deposit. The electricity price is 0,40 euro/kWh. In case of leaving the apartment in bad condition (dirty dishes, rubbish not took out), a total of 40 euros will be taken away from the deposit for an extra cleaning. Late arrivals are subject to an additional charge: Arrival from 11 pm - 30 euros Arrival at night from 1 am to 6 am - 100 euros For stays of 10 days or less, the property will be considered a tourist accommodation - a tourist contract. For stays longer than 10 days, the property will be considered a seasonal rental pursuant to Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana (Valencian Regional Government), and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

A small Spanish town called Calpe/Calp is located in Costa Blanca, next to the Ifach rock. It´s in about an hour drive from the Alicante airport and 1,5 hour from the Valencia´s one. Calpe is a modern Spanish resort that corresponds with the highest tourist demands. During the summertime you can watch or even take part in many parties, processions, theater representations and concerts, most of those are outdoor. The museums are open all year round for tourist visits and many concerts and performances are held. Town´s administration makes an effort to keep it interesting and entertaining for foreign visitors. Great ecology and clean beaches are valued by exigent European tourists who prefers renting apartments and villas here. The total length of Calpe sandy beaches is more than 4 km. These are cleaned with special cleaning machines every morning. The two main beaches are perpendicular to each other so you´ll be able to enjoy the day with any wind direction.
