ABOUT US If you are reading this, it’s probably because you are an ardent lover of Jávea and the Costa Blanca. Or that you are simply curious about us and what we do, so allow us to introduce ourselves…. Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. As it turns out, that casual clinking of glasses was the start of something pretty special. JÁVEA HOLIDAYS TODAY We’ve evolved, gained new owners and lots of hands-on experience since then. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our search filters allow our customers to quickly find exactly what they’re after, and we’ve become dab hands at promoting our homes on social media sites #welovewhatwedo! Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. Just like our guests, our hand-picked properties are unique, quite often glamorous, and sometimes even a little quirky…. and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

Inside the property the bright, open plan lounge/diner opens out onto a small but perfectly formed covered patio, framed by topical plants, and offering glimpses towards the communal swimming pool. Two good size bedrooms, one double and one twin, offer guests a comfy night’s sleep and lots of storage via the built in wardrobes. Both bathrooms have large walk-in showers, gorgeous contemporary tiles, and handy vanity units under each basin. Outside, and at the centre of the Essential Apartment complex, the sleek communal pool is surrounded by a secure child safety fence. Adjacent to this is a handy children’s play area with static exercise bike and step machine; meaning that you can burn off those cocktail calories while watching the kids at play! Important Information 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31 nights or more receive a special long-stay discount. Utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A utilities prepayment will be required, and the final cost will be calculated based on actual consumption. Any unused amount will be refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: According to Spanish law, guests staying more than 10 days must sign a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract.
