In this chalet you will find beautiful places to relax. The private salt pool sizes 11 x 5 meters, has a depth of 1.45 to 2 meters and is perfect to cool off after sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers in the garden. There is a furnished terrace next to the pool to enjoy a delicious barbecue. Children can play in the playground and adults can play table tennis. The front porch is perfect for a snack or a glass of wine. In the house you will find a spacious living room with TV-SAT and Smart TV. The kitchen-dining room is very spacious and has an induction hob. On this main floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms with shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with twin beds and two with a double bed each, one of them with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Another shower bathroom completes this floor. The bedrooms have a closet and TV-SAT. There is 1 baby cot and 1 high chair. The laundry room offers a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. There is air conditioning and radiators in all rooms of the house. There is parking space for 1 car. A type 2 charging point for electric cars has been installed. There is a ping pong net, paddles and balls. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges.
