It is a very cozy studio, with a private entrance and 3 independent rooms: bathroom (with washing machine), bedroom and living-dining room (with sofa, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster). It also has its own parking. It is a small apartment within the property. With an exclusive barbecue for tenants, very complete, landscaped and with a kitchen. Perfect for a quiet and authentic holiday, near the sea. There are also 3 cats that do not disturb.
I like to travel to quiet places and meet people, I am a great lover of nature and animals.
Located 50 meters from the sea, next to the promenade of the Les Rotes Marine Reserve, a charming and quiet place.
