Este apartamento se encuentra frente al puerto y la Bahía de San Vicente de La Barquera, con capacidad para 2 personas. Cada 16 de julio se celebra la fiesta de la Virgen del Carmen, patrona de los marineros. Durante varios días, el puerto acoge celebraciones, por lo que en esas fechas puede haber más ruido de lo habitual. El alojamiento cuenta con cocina, baño, salón comedor, dormitorio y una amplia terraza donde vosotros podéis disfrutar de vistas espectaculares. El apartamento está en la cuarta planta y dispone de ascensor. En el dormitorio hay una cama de matrimonio y en el salón un sofá cama.
