It shares the glittering sea nearby and the asphalted (and sometimes audible) access roads with other country houses: a perfect fit, robust with colourful accents, durable, comfortable, real value for money. The right footwear to whisk you away on a successful holiday in Mallorca, to the covered terrace adorned with bougainvilleas next to the house with direct pool access, to the large balcony on the first floor with views of wooded hills and the sea blue, to the small green lawn for sunbathing or up the stone steps into the garden under your own orange trees. Only small children will find these shoes too big, as the pool is not secured and therefore poses a potential danger. If you enjoy walking barefoot over cool tiles on hot summer days, there is more than enough space on two floors; the tiled staircase leading to the four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs is a step-by-step gem. Tolo has been partly furnished with antique wooden furniture in classic Mallorcan style, combining solid value with bright, warm colours.
