Magnificent villa fully conditioned near the beach of Gandía, near the fishing port and everything necessary for leisure and restoration, as well as for sports and water activities, is located less than 10 minutes walk from the beach, we also find a golf course very close, as well as easy access to transport services, buses, train, ferry, ... It is an independent villa of 200m2 with two heights, on the ground floor (100m2) we can find a living room, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a large room with three beds of 1.50m., With comfortable mattresses and nice sheets of hostelry. The upper floor (100m2) has a large double bed room with a full bathroom, as well as two more large rooms, a room with a bed of 1.50m and another single bed and another room with two beds of 1.50m. The whole villa has air conditioners, there is the possibility of a baby cot. Outside we find a terrace of 200 m2, barbecue area and a small private elevated pool to take away the summer heat, as well as sun loungers to relax.
We are eager for you to enjoy our villa with all yours. Additional Information: Pets are welcome. There is an area to park vehicles inside the plot. Special discounts of 20% from 7 nights and 30% from 28 nights, whatever the season, we adapt the rates to special needs. Do not hesitate to contact us !!!
